- 2 medium zucchini spiralized
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons almonds
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small bunch of basil
- 2 leaves of kale
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chop garlic, almonds, and Parmesan cheese in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
- Add basil and kale and blend.
- Slowly add the olive oil while the food processor is running and blend until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss with zucchini noodles.
