  1. Chop garlic, almonds, and Parmesan cheese in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add basil and kale and blend.
  3. Slowly add the olive oil while the food processor is running and blend until smooth.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss with zucchini noodles.
