Kohlrabi, Carrot and Apple Slaw with Cilantro Lime Dressing
  1. In a mixing bowl, prepare the dressing by whisking the local honey, lime juice and orange juice. Slowly add the olive oil and mix. Finish with the lime and orange zest and salt
  2. Shred the kolhrabi, green apple, red onion, carrot, and jalapeno using a box grater, mandolin, food processor or chefs knife.
  3. Toss the slaw together with the dressing, enjoy!
