Corn Salsa
Ingredients

cups
of corn
fresh or frozen
2
medium tomatoes
seeded and diced
1
medium bell pepper
diced
1
jalapeno
seeded and minced
1
medium red onion
diced
½ bunch of cilantro
chopped
1
lime
juiced
salt and pepper
Instructions
Sauté corn on stove until it begins to char. Remove from the stove and let cool.
Remove the kernels from the cob.
Combine corn, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, and tomatoes.
Add lime juice and stir to combine. Salt and pepper to taste
