Ingredients
- 2 cups of corn fresh or frozen
- 2 medium tomatoes seeded and diced
- 1 medium bell pepper diced
- 1 jalapeno seeded and minced
- 1 medium red onion diced
- ½ bunch of cilantro chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Sauté corn on stove until it begins to char. Remove from the stove and let cool.
- Remove the kernels from the cob.
- Combine corn, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, and tomatoes.
- Add lime juice and stir to combine. Salt and pepper to taste
