Ingredients
- 2 cups apples finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup minced cilantro
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1/3 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

- Chop and mix together the apples, red bell pepper, and the onion into small bits, a food chopper works really well if you don’t want to spend the time to chop and dice.
- Add the lime juice, cilantro, honey, salt and pepper and mix everything together in a medium bowl
